Avowant (a TraxSys LLC product) is the DOT compliance platform your motor carrier uses to keep driver qualification files, licenses, medical cards, and inspections current — see avowant.com (also reachable at www.avowant.com). Avowant Driver Texts sends service-related messages only — compliance reminders, renewal notices, inspection follow-ups, links to forms your company asks you to complete, and replies from your company's safety staff. No marketing or promotional messages.

How your company uses Avowant with you

Notifications: when a license, medical card, or other credential is coming due, Avowant notifies you so nothing lapses. These arrive by email — and by text too, if you opt in below.
Webforms: some tasks come as a secure link — an application to complete, a document to photograph and upload, or a form to e-sign. The link opens in your phone's browser; no app install and no login needed.
Replies: you can reply to a text to reach your company's safety staff about that item, and they respond from Avowant.

You'll use those flows either way — opting in to texts only changes whether a text message alerts you alongside email.

This sign-up is completely optional and separate from our Terms of Service. Declining has no effect on your job, your ability to use Avowant, or anything your company asks you to complete.
